Black Screen

After I win a couple of levels, when I click on AD I get the black screen of death, cannot re-access game for roughly and hour and seem to lose benefits of winnng. What is going on, this is getting frustrating. Has been happening a lot the past week. I see it is an ongoing occurrence based on comments. What are you doing to fix the problem? I am playing on an iPad, 4 years old.

Yeah, I agree! and another thing now I have to watch 3 ads for 5 moves 🙄😡 Before just 1 ad for 5 moves, Greedy

Hello @Pyr22 I have the same problem from time to time. My recommendation is to make sure your iPad has plenty of memory (min 2GB) and wait few seconds before you click the ad. I think that will helps.

I have plenty of memory and not an issue with any of my other games, just this one. I will try waiting a bit before I click on the ad to see if that helps but it is obviously a programming issue that has been going on for a period o time based upon comments. They owe it to us to fix the problem
