Games added to Candy Crush Soda Saga

On November 5 there should have been 45 new games added but only 15 were added. I WAS ON GAME 8065 and now it only goes to game 8080.
This prevents me from winning any special events that are goin on.
What happened? I have updated the system.

Hello @MeyerLinda I think you have to reconnect with the servers, since I did receive more than 15 levels. So please log out of the game via profile, clear the cache, restart your device and log back in. See if that helps 🙂

Thanks for your help - I tried it and it did not work - I updated the app and it did not help either.

Same for me. Seems that they only added those 15 this week. Maybe all they had ready?
Perhaps all the techs are working on fixing Mr T or BGH. 🤣

I am glad it was not only me that this happened to. My computer shows the last update was on 10/29. The updates on 11/5 did not work properly for Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga. Maybe the techs should look into this,
I cannot play either game at the moment. The techs need to fix.

Bricorn&MeyerLinda mine didn't either. It says last update was 10/29 after many tries still no update. I've also lost the daily booster and anything else I could once gain boosters through. I wonder if it's because of the occasional purchases?

NO its not your purchases. I am on level 8826 for Candy Crush Saga and on game 8080 for Candy Crush Soda Saga.
I cannot play either game until someone fixes these 2 games. The games did not load in properly for the week after 10/29.
And yet no one seems to find out the problem.

I should add that we did get the downloads for both games on 10/29 but did not receive the download on 11/5
Any news yet on fixing these 2 games?

In Soda at least, it isn't a fault. They just added less new levels in Windows this week, Android got the usual 45.
No explanation yet, I'm assuming that the developers didn't have time to make more. Or, hopefully, it's a deliberate plan to equalise Android and Windows, which would IMO be a good move. Frustrating though, I was done in about 2 hours. 😪
