I have an 'alert' on my Candy Crush Soda Saga that says my internet isn't connect and therefore I can't get a lot of my options I have. I play two King games - the one formally mentioned and the regular Candy Crush. I'm not having any issues with the internet on the Candy Crush game and/or any of the other internet driven apps on my computer including AOL, FB, etc. etc. Also, I checked my computer's settings and it says my internet us working. I need your help to get me back kup!

    Hi there, I have an unusual suggestion. Would you be able to open your reset password link in a different web browser? This worked for me one time.

    Hello @WNH have you check to see if you have the latest update? Also try clearing cache.

    Hi, Simply P - I've been playing this game for some time now. In fact, I'm up to the 1,300+ level. I've never, ever had this happen. I'm concerned with tying anything because I might loose all my progress. I'm not adept on computers and not sure how to clear my cache. Yes, I do have the latest update.
