Did yours ever get fixed? I’ve tried complaining, updating, shutting device. I am trying to get video ads for more moves and boosters to help in my play. I reinstalled the game after I reached level 2506. It seemed the game was made almost impossible to move to next level, but I was getting bonus videos. Now with the reinstall there are no videos. What's up?1

I don't have an x on the screen when the screen goes black and therefore I lose lives and goodies. This has been going on far too long. I did a reset to my phone and still the same problems. Thanks in advance for trying to fix this issue.

Watching ads to get extra moves but everytime the screen goes black before getting a reward. Wo everytime i had to restart the game. Now i lost all my Borussen. This is not ok!

Same issue. Pre-game video for boosters goes black and you can’t get out of it without restarting the game. Really annoying. I think it’s the home makeover/ interior design ad.

My game does this when it is the final ad to get more moves at the end of the game. I have to close the app to continue and lose my game progress. I play on Android phone with latest software update.

Screen goes black. Tried deleting and reloading app and no luck. Lost a ton of rewards.
