How do I get my "goodies" from a bought offer?

Hi everybody, maybe someone got an answer:

Since today my games start again on my PC. Just a few minutes ago I bought an offer with 20 goldbars, 1h striped and packaged sweets aso.

All the time before I had to wait around 1h to get my goldbars really booked (so I could use them). Right now after the update of the game my

goldbars booked directly - but now there are no goodies to be used which had been included in the goldbar package.

So when the 1h infinity goodies and the x1 goodies will be booked? None of them shown in the game - not even after a refresh.

If the 1h infinity already started -so I've lost already 20 min of it because it's not booked... that's terrible (I would discribe it as inacceptable).

Does someone has the same problem?
