Ads not loading and blowing up game

There are certain ads that will not load and blow up games. Not that I am a fan of ads, however will tolerate for extra boosts. The black screen and reboot very frustrating. Thank you

    Have also had this wiith video freezing but as a consequence have lost my daily rewards from day 840ish (playing on daily basis for years). Is there anyway to reinstate these please and get the videos working as don't want to loose again. Disappointed player!

    I've had this same issue a few times, what makes it particularly frustrating for me is that each time it's happened has been when I'm watching ads to get extra moves to finish a level; meaning I forfeit the level, the first try win reward, and my streak bonus all at once.

    Eek, a lot of people are posting about this issue - myself included. Hopefully they are able to resolve it soon.

    Same here the ads go to black screen and I have to kill the game. Because of this I have lost many boosters and lives

    Seriously, is there a "REAL" fix for the ads crashing the game? I have tried EVERYTHING that was suggested, this has been an ongoing issue for quite awhile & it seems to be affecting the BB3 game as well, is it only "King games"?


    I truly do love playing & have played for years, but this is driving me nutzoid! Lol 😜 Help, this is the only games (BB3 as well) that I play & usually it gives me a little stress relief from the day (especially during the holidays) ...but not lately. 🥴

    The Rush Hour 3D ad is the one that keeps freezing and ruining my chances to win a level with extra plays.
