Is there a connection error to the server? Can you describe it?
Any screenshot would be helpful. Here's how to take one
First off let's check troubleshooting. It may help
- check for Soda app and device updates
- provided you have a King/Fb account to save your progress with, try to log out - close game - clear cache*- restart device- open game - log in and pass any easy level to check your connection
*be careful not to opt "for clear data", it deletes your boosters

Hello and welcome to the Community @masca You say you can’t use the gold bars you bought earlier? When does that happen? Do you see an error when you want to buy extra moves?
Let me know, and in the meantime you can do this and see if that helps: provided you saved your progress with a King or FB account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
