If all of the troubleshooting mentioned in the previous thread and this thread have not worked @TKM7 will you please provide me the following info:
Device make and model along with your current version it’s running on.
Game App version.
Your player ID.
To find Player ID or sometimes called Game ID:
Open your Game / Select My Profile / Double click on the King logo above your avatar / The ID will be displayed.

When you say you cleared cache did you mean specifically the one of soda app too or just the browser's?
In Android after you force close the app visit settings of your device then click: apps - soda app - storage - clear cache. Be careful not to tap "clear data", it deletes your boosters
Then restart device
Do you keep getting an internet connection error only for your daily wonderball or for other things too? For example 4 in a row
