Cannot connect to Facebook in Soda

I cannot connect to Facebook in Candy Crush Soda. I It just loops between the orange King loading screen and a black loading screen. I have tried force stopping and doing it again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing has worked. Have had this issue for 2 days.

Hello Andrea. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot connect at the moment. One thing you can try is to open the game on Facebook and click the “Play on Phone” button in the left corner of the map screen. This will send a notification which you can then open from your phone.

You can also, open the Facebook on your mobile device and in the settings menu, find Candy Crush Soda in the apps section and click on it. This will automatically open the game and also sync the game progress.

Hopefully this will help you to reconnect.

I am having the same issue as sskritser but I am on a surface Pro 4. Two weeks ago just fine for the ;ast week and half or so cannot connect to facebook on the surface pro

Why can I not log into Facebook thru Candy Crush Soda Saga? The internet connection is solid. I have dropped the app of the page, resetting it. I have turned the ipad off for 2 minutes. I am using IOS11 on an ipad

I did not see anything that let me send to phone from the Facebook app on the computer. There is a settings button at the left side of the screen but it just has sound options and screen size. Reloading Facebook on my phone and selecting the game there worked. Thank you
