Can I get some help with a problem I am having with candy crush soda?

It started a couple of days ago. I start playing make one or two moves and then it pops me back to my phones main screen. I lose a life. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled. I have run a virus check. I have also cleaned up my phone's cache. I have an LG from Boost Mobile. I am getting pretty tire of this occurring. Tired enough where I will just uninstall your game and just not play it any more. My phone was the main place where I played Candy Crush (main game is also doing the same). Help, am at my wits end.

Sometimes when I have problems with apps on my phone it is a result of not turning it off for a long while. Try to turn your phone off and leave it off for at least a minute then start it back up. When it comes back on make sure you check that you have the latest version installed from the app store. Hope that helps.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
