Why do my purchases always say store not available

    Welcome to the Community @thomascat1234 Let’s try some troubleshooting to see if that’ll help:

    provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    I always use Wi-Fi and do not have a problem with anything else. As far as I know everything is up to date.I also play on my iPhone as well as IPad. The games do not sync,my phone is way behind my progress on here. I have tried logging on both with Facebook but the game on my ipad will not connect.
