message in game says "not connected to the internet “

Game worked fine on all 3 of my devices until a couple of weeks ago. Now I get message “not connected to the internet” when I try to collect rewards, etc on my iPhone and my iPad Mini. Game works fine in my regular iPad. Note: all three are different games of CCSS that I started at various times over the years.

Have done all of the above! All my other King games, as well as all other web connected apps, work just fine. Also the game works just fine on my regular iPad, which I didn’t bring with me this time. Had hoped I could get the issue resolved while I’m on vacation and have time to mess with this. Didn’t pack my full-size iPad to save space.
