but in my opinion I also think that they should put the two kimmys because then there's no such thing as new kimmy and old kimmy

The only way to see old Kimmy on the latest version is to
Combine Coloring Candy with another Coloring Candy or Combine Color Bomb wth Coloring Candy and Old Kimmy with the Rainbow glasses will show up.

Indeed, soda characters and map were redesigned a year ago. This way the studio can be more creative about how the characters look, move and interact in a candy town that changes its scenery every season for Soda players, no matter how far they are with their progress 😀
