Sorry to hear about that, let's see if we can get your events back.

First let's try troubleshooting to see if it helps:

• check for Soda and device updates
• check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
• provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
• you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

*depending on the type of the device you can clear the device's cookies/cache or the Soda app cache directly (if you play on Android). Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

Clearing cache is very important to do if your map is completely empty. If you're not sure how to clear cache please tell me what device you use (Android? iOS?) and I'll provide more info.

Then to clear cache in Android: visit "settings" in your device - "apps" -"Candy Crush Soda" - "Storage" - "Clear cache"

Clearing cache on Android usually fixes this type of issue. Eventually try to open and close the app after this multiple times or pass easy levels to make sure your game is connecting to the server.
