I purchased the May special and didn't receive my free lives or the free lollipops, how do have this resolved? Candy crush soda saga.

Same here, received the gold bars but no free lives or lollipops.
Same here! Got the gold bars but no lives or boosters. I even went to the main game menu and hit restore purchases, but it didn't work.
I purchased the May special and same thing... Received the gold bars but not the unlimited 2 hour life or the lollipops.
I also purchased the May special for $4.99 and did not receive the 2 hours of unlimited lives nor any other part of the package.
Same here...got bars, not the 2 hours of unlimited lives and not sure on the boosters.
