Not getting any events anymore

I can't get any of the events. I get a notification that I have a new prize in the bakery but I can't get to the bakery I can't see my team. I really can't get to anything but the boards. I have tried logging out and back in multiple times and rebooting my phone and nothing is working. How do I fix this? I'm about to quit the game because it's by happening a long time.

    Did you check for any game and device updates?

    Do you play through Facebook or with King account?

    Do you play with game-app or on king.com?

    What model and version of device are you playing on?

    I have checked for updates on both the game and phone.

    I'm playing through Facebook because my king and Facebook account won't sync. It says they are but they aren't.

    I'm playing using the app for Android phone.

    Im playing on a Moto g power

    Hello again @luftywaffe

    Since King is moving away from Facebook in Soda, and you’re playing via Facebook, that is the reason you can’t claim rewards.

    What do you see that makes you think both accounts aren't synced?

    When I log in under king it starts me on level 1 and I'm on level 6994 or something like that in Facebook.
