Money taken, and no credits recieved.

Hi, I tried to buy several packages, and was told my purchases were unsuccessful, yet I have recieved emails from paypal to say the money was taken. Please help

    Community can't handle purchases issues as they contain sensitive information of the player but player Support can 🙂

    To contact Player Support: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "gold bars and purchases"- "why haven't I received my prize"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

    Alternatively, you have the option to issue a dispute through your paypal account to have your money back. Please visit paypal homepage or ask paypal support team for more info.
