Candy Crush Soda bug in level 217

I ask for help in resolving a bug in level 217 that is keeping me from being able to go any further in the game. Got an 'automated response' to my problem without receiving any help at all. After 1st four bears are released on the first screen, everything locks up and am unable to move anything. Will be forced to stop playing if this isn't fixed. Please help.
