Levels are greyed out!

I am on level 399 and since the most recent update, all the levels on this stage are greyed out.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

i have reinstalled the app 4 times and it's still greyed out!

Ive contacted the developer but no response!!

please someone help

Its strange because it working all fine before I updated the app just a few days ago. Now the whole level is greyed out.
