I purchased the May special and didn't receive my free lives or the free lollipops, how do have this resolved? Candy crush soda saga.
I think it is Kings tactic to make everything as difficult as possible until people just give up and go away. I have been trying to get a refund for over 8 weeks the first time they asked for order numbers and when I gave them to they didnt respond at all until I posted another thing on here about being ripped off then another guy said he would help me but needed an email address again did that now no response for 3 days look at all the people on here who say they bought something and didnt get it its a total scam I am owed $ 24.99 australian dollars and I am sick of asking for it - give me my refund now!!!!

I purchased the June weekend sale and only received the 20 gold bars but not the boosters or 2h lives. When I try to contact King from Candy Crush app it says the link is forbidden.
I have had the exact same problem....really annoying!
Same problem happened to me today with the June Special. Worse, not only did I lose all my existing boosters I had patiently collected when I updated CC Saga on my mobile, but I also didn't get the free boosers and 6 hours unlimited lives as advertized (I got the gold bars though). A double rip-off! :-(

No one on here says they have actually received a refund its disgraceful that a company this big can rip off people so badly and there is no one who can help. Not one person as said they got anything back its a total scam.
I gave them all information about 3 weeks ago. They respond me a week after saying giving me a more gold bar and booster pack but I didn't get any or refund. And they don't even answer anymore.
Has anyone actually gotten a refund i got to the point where i gave them order numbers and now there's been no response for over a week so would love to know has anyone really had this problem solved

I just had the same issue. Sent an email and the auto reply sent me here. I received the gold bars, wiping out all my other bars and then crashed. It even gave me a message upon restarting to enjoy my purchase...... Clearly this is a bug, but what's going to be done about it???

Same here. A rep finally did contact me and said they could not give me the unlimited lives I paid for but would substitute gold bars. Never said how many and two days later nothing has shown up.
