Missing portions of weekend sale for Soda Saga.....where are they?

I bought 2 packages for Soda Saga during the last weekend sale. You took my $. I got the 200 coins. NEVER RECEIVED the Pops or striped Pops or 6 hours of lives. Give them to me or REFUND me. This is my 3rd message to you. I sincerely hope this is not a scam. Please resolve this issue.
