Bubble Gum Hill not available for my devices

My friends have bubble gum hill challenge on their devices but my iPhone does not have. I tried to install in my iPad and it appears, but once I synchronised with my Facebook, it disappeared forever. The items I earned also disappeared together How do I fix this??
