Why does not lock open?

I completed 60th level and so i needed open the lock but i wanted to spend my gold. Because i have to 540 golds. But it did'nt opened and game and Ethernet page was error. So i had to renew on my page. But my picture was near 50th level. And it's still near 50th level and i'm not open the lock. Please help me, because i love game and i wanna play this game.
