Hey mac1381- I know of a few things you can try. Make sure your cache is clean and the Java is up to date. I use the site https://www.whatismybrowser.com to check these. After doing this, try to load the game again. If still no luck, try a different browser- I always use Chrome.
King has this tutorial video for FB loading problems, might be helpful for you, check it out!

Same problem for me. Works on Facebook and other games work on King but Soda Saga won't load.

Yes, I have tried all the steps, and no--that didn't work. I can play Soda Saga on Facebook and on my phone, but not on King. I can play regular Candy Crush on King. The problem is specific to the game Soda Saga on the King site. No other game and only on one site. I've finished all the levels so it's not a huge issue, but I can't send lives to my King friends. I don't have any FB friends who play games.@Candy Rush have you also tried all of the steps in the video?
