I have the same problem. Did not see that my fish count went to 0. Just never got the closing message after the ‘gone fishing’ event ended. Will this be resolved?

Ok I'm glad to see it's not just me!! I emailed customer support. Please do the same if you haven't already. I am expecting them to make up for this glitch and give us our rewards for winning. I am still awaiting an actual helpful response from the King team. I will keep you posted please do the same.

Hello @dija70 @cvanzoest I had the same problem in the past cuz I was playing on multiple devices. Now I make sure when I'm playing Kimmy's Fishing event (3-4 days) I only open and play on ONE device until I collect rewards.

They normally respond pretty fast. You may want to check junk/spam folder.
