How come my candy crush soda doesn't sync between facebook laptop, facebook android and android game

I'm at different levels - my boosters are the same (lollipops), my goldbars are also different: I should have 22 that I won by playing the King challenge twice - my game updated with all the *gifts and goldbars from both challenges, used a 3 lollipops and half my goldbars to get to level 338 - now I have 4 goldbars in one game, 12 on another platform, and 1 lollipop left on facebook laptop AND I'm back to level 330 (which it took me at least 3 weeks to complete) - or 279 depending on where I'm playing it from........ my other games with King are synced - this is just with Soda (which I religiously play everyday)

Hi Sue- the levels should be synced across the devices you are right. It sounds like a connection error with Facebook. Which device is showing the right progress level? Are you on the correct level on your laptop?

Where are the games?
Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…
Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
