problems updating 436 Candy Crush Soda Saga iPhone

Im not getting the notification to update level to 436 on my iPhone. I've noticed that everyone seems to be able to move forward for both Android and iOS. I've delete and reinstall the game on my phone. Same goes for playing on Facebook. What is wrong? Now it's stuck at 435 !

Hey JanChow, on iOS you should currently have 450 levels. (On PC, Android and Kindle it's 465 levels, and it will be soon for iOS too).

Didn't you get the new levels on your Facebook on PC?

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
