Please try the following steps:
1) Please update Candy Crush to latest version here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsodasaga or here if you use iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/en/app/candy-crush-soda-saga/id850417475?mt=8
2) Reboot the tablet. Go into Settings >> Apps >> Running apps - from here close any apps that have started automatically
3) Start Candy Crush Soda normally.
If the game still fails to load then please try switching from WiFi to 3G/4G.
If the problem persists then you might have to do a factory reset. Please make sure you have done a backup of your device as all local data will be erased. After factory reset I suggest you only install Candy Crush. If all OK then you can add all your other apps afterwards.
Please notice that King Care is currently only available in English.
