I am stuck on the same level, so how come that some people are on higher levels?
That's because 495 is currently the highest level. Levels 496-510 will most likely be released on September 15th (next Tuesday).
The paint bucket and brush stand for "Work in Progress"... there's no issue as the levels haven't been released yet.
