I've been told I've been sent lives in alphabetty but my little envelope icon won't open, it is not lit up and won't open as if I have no messages. This is on my laptop which I've learned now is different to the tablet.

Ah yeah sorry I forgot to mention that when you receive a FB notification about receiving life, you normally have to click on it to confirm and then the message will appear in your inbox

sorry I've now tried this but envelope still not lit up so will not open
