I was on level 183 and it reinstalled to level 180 how to I get it back to level 183?

Were you Facebook connected on level 183 before deleting and reinstalling the game?
If you were on level 180 the last time you synchronized with your Facebook, then that would make sense.
Always make sure you synchronize your progress either with your Kingdom or your Facebook account, prior to deleting and reinstalling the game app.
