Candy Crush Soda saga

How is it possible to get an answer from you???? I see others that ask the same question and have replies listed but no way to see what they are. I get bounced from site to site but still no one to help me. I have spent plenty of money on this game but it has a glitch that keeps taking money from me. Level 503 will not stop spinning thus will not let you win even after it was done, refresh and lose the game and start over. If it cannot be fixed or my question answered then please refund me the money that I have spent and I will find something else to play. Thank you for any response if you actually have a human reading this........

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
