    Since managers are not online in the weekends, they will be able to change your username next week, hopefully on Monday 😀

    What communities are you referring to? Can you provide more details?

    Do you mean this Soda community? It seems you created a community account just to post on Soda Support section, so I'm a bit confused here.

    You may log out of your community account to leave Soda community 🙂

    If this is not the answer you were looking for then why do you want to leave Soda community?

    What is the problem you're experiencing?

    why did you create a community account and join a community to say you don't want to be part of that community?

    Maybe I can give you a better solution if you give me more details.

    Unless you have a different community account you used before? Are you receiving community emails from a second account and you want those emails to stop?

    It's very difficult, I can't edit my profile.
I want to change my name on the profile and it doesn't give access to it.
As I won't be able to change, I want to leave the community

    Thank you for explaning the context

    In this case there are 2 options:

    • community users can't edit their own usernames. Only community managers can. If you like, you can tell me the username you wish to have instead and I'll pass it on to the community manager so she can change it for you
    • community users can't delete their own community accounts. They can only abandon their accounts by disabling email notifications and log out.
    • Again, only community managers can delete users' account. If you'd like to have your account deleted permanently you can tell me so and I'll notify community manager
