Could be a Facebook issue, could be an internet problem also. Have you tried any troubleshooting from your side, like playing in another browser, checking your wi-fi settings etc. I don't know too much about Windows 10 yet. Normally when an internet connection hangs its because of the server connection.

Like I said, it's the Windows10 App, not running in a browser. The app is delivered with windows10 .
