I was on the 5th level of the hill and used 9 gold bars and it was loading then it went back to my

Home screen, I clicked on the game and I was on level 1 (I was going to beat the last level and be King) it took my gold bars and started me over. What can be done about this... Thank you! - Drew.

I have had this issue twice now in about 2 weeks. I reported the first issue directly to king.com and received an automated email directing me here. How frustrating!

Twice in 3 months,same issue. NO RESPONSE!!! I call tomfoolery and shenanigans....... Theft really. I will continue on, getting more and more irritated, and more and more action oriented. I have read through these forums, and this issue is vast. It will not go unnoticed. Class action lawsuits happen all the time, I would just hope and expect this to be a much simpler issue to resolve without having it come to those extremes. I haven't even received a response email. That would be a great start on their behalf..... Still waiting.
