Have you checked for updates for your tablet and it´s apps? Do a restart too and double check your internet connection.

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
