Wi-fi issues - took 10 gold bars from me...

I have been having terrible issues with this game (Candy Crush Soda) with the game not saving progress, getting bonuses, etc. due to some kind of a glitch with the wi-fi. I have fibre internet that is perfect, but yet this game tells me I have no internet connection. It is very frustrating when the game progress does not update and all the other issues that go with it. Today, on level 7558, I had one box left to get to win the level; I had 44 gold bars. I tried to use 10 to play on to win the level. I tried several times, but kept getting no internet connection. I closed the app, restarted a couple of times, but still no connection. I did, however, notice the 10 bars were gone and I am not past this level. Please give me my 10 gold bars back!!!!

    Thank you!!! I could not find this link for the life of me yesterday. I have now submitted a ticket. Thanks so much. I have tried everything to fix this. The only workaround is using my cell data. Works with no issues, but 50% of the time (if that much) will not work on wi-fi. It is so bizarre to me, but...
