candy crush soda saga won't open - no one has even replied to say they are looking into it.

What kind of HELP DESK is this? I am an I.T. professional. I am the Help Desk at my government office. I am told constantly that my title depicts my job description. Well, that being said - you are NOT HELPing. HELP! That's what you are there for. Correct?
