when i get to only 4 turn left it drop bombs and only at 4 turn left, looks like the dails are stuck/not rotating

I haven't heard of any issues with level 56. Could you please take a screenshot of the issue you are having?
If you have the game connected to Facebook then it might be worth trying to play the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your mobile and you should now be able to progress.
