Hi I have 42 gold bars and yet it won't let me use 9 gold bars to open the next level, I sens a message a week ago but still have not heard can I either have the problem fixed or my money back thanks

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
