I'm trying to buy my way past level 60 and it keeps saying that the purchase failed. I have 59 bars.

  I can't buy my way past 45, but it sure did just let me accidentally purchase more moves a lower level.

  Did you get 3 stars?  Some levels you have to get 3 stars or you cant get past them or you have to get a certian score.. I this may help
