Can't connect to Facebook from mobile and can't run desktop version

Tried logging in to Candy Crush Soda Saga on both PC and phone accidentally today. Both then stopped working with PC version saying "Secure Connection Unavailable" and Mobile saying "Can't connect to Facebook". I now can't run the game on Facebook at all and have lost my progress on mobile app.

I have reinstalled game on mobile and cleared cache and data from Facebook on mobile. I have logged out of FB and back in on all devices and ensured I'm running all the latest versions. I have also cleared cache and cookies from my PC. Still can't connect from mobile or run the game on PC.

Any ideas?

Thanks Combo. Was just a coincidence it went down just as I was connecting then. 2 hours wasted trying to fix it though. Ah well! Thanks for the prompt answer.

Thank you, Combo. I came searching for the same info. Too bad King didn't post a notice on Facebook and Twitter - it would have saved all of us who thought it was something on our end a lot of time and frustration trying to fix things.
