Candy crush soda won't load to my current level of 697 on win10. I have been playing on both a note 3 phone and on a windows 10 computer. I have had no problem with them staying up with one another. Then all of a sudden my Windows 10 computer got stuck at level 685 and won't update. It doesn't show an update either. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and all that did was cause me to loose all of my gold and special candies. Can you please help?
