I keep getting a message the game store is close & I have gold bars on credit what can I do?

    Since you will be discontinue the games on king.com, can we still continue to play your games on facebook without doing other procedures?

    I just purchased a large gold bar package and have been getting the store closed sign evey time I try to use my bars. Should I contact someone here or my cc company about canceling the purchase?

    There has been a Facebook issue with purchases on March 16th but as of now I don't have any updates about it yet. Here's the main support thread here about the issue

    Hello @nrcabrera !

    Players will be able to keep playing on Facebook thourgh browser. They'll also be able to install and play Soda app on their devices (mobiles, tables, Windows pc/laptops) but it's advised to move from Facebook account to King account because Soda game will no longer support Facebook log-in on Soda apps eventually.
