Maybe I can't vote yes for this.
In a level with a few candies, you may not know what the next match is just a glance, even you still think why shuffling doesn't start, there still be one match but you still don't find it yet. So hint will work.
More, hinh is only delayed in 7 seconds. That's very enough, comparing with Candy Crush, hint will show each time cascades end.
