Accidentally deleted candy crush.

My friend accidentally deleted my candy crush. Thinking it would have the "keep" "remove" from gamecenter. Im pretty sure ive connected to facebook but i dont have cellular data so im not always connected. Logging in in facebook and doing all the updating restarting of the phone but it still brought me to level 1. I was level 570+. Please help. Thank you!
