it's possible to find your team again if you are able to contact the team owner or any team meamber who can send you a invite link or the team code to use to enter the team.
If the team you joined was random and you can't contact anybody then I'm afraid you can't find the team anymore
If you're looking for new teams, please have a look at this page. 2 team owners are looking for team mates and you'll also be able to contact them through the community if you need to 🤗
