I have tried to install the update but every time it rebooted my tablet without installation, I have a Android KitKat 4.4 can you help

Please check to see if you have available resources to install the game. If you don't have sufficient storage capacity then the install will fail. If this is the case then you might have to delete a few apps in order to make room for Jelly Saga.
Please also try a reboot of your tablet right before installing the game.
If the problem persists then you might have to do a factory reset of your tablet. Don't forget to do a backup of all your content as a factory reset will wipe all data on your device.
