After updating information from iCloud to my new phone (same model iPhone 6 Plus), all my boosters - lollipops (around 30) and fishes (5-7) are missing now. Could you please check and give me back all above mentioned items.

Your levels and your gold bars will synchronize between platforms and devices.
Boosters, however, don´t. Same goes for the lives and the messages. These don´t synchronize and can´t be transferred from one device to another.
I found this out myself the hard way too. Best thing to do is not saving up too many of those lives and boosters, but use them in your everyday game play. Use them all in case you´re about to change device.
