The game crashed while on the iPhone and never gave me level 297 back. It's stuck at 40...ID # 1658943117. Please help. I've tried all suggestions that have been given to me on this forum.
You just have to clear Safari and then log in to the game again.
On your phone menu, go to SETTINGS > SAFARI > CLEAR HISTORY AND WEBSITE DATA
Open Candy Crush Soda Saga, click connect and it will take you to the browser, enter your Facebook info and that's it.
Is there anyway that king.com can resolve this issue? Why would this game crash on my iphone but still maintain my higher level on the computer and not the iphone? I've tried everthing you have suggested to sync this game. Please help!
That did not work. However it's on 297 on my imac
What exactly have you tried?
Try this... go to the Facebook app, go to settings and apps then find Soda. Tap on the icon and it should switch to the game app and sync from there.
